- Grown revenue by over 500%
- Built out the most modern advanced and extensive end-to-end software offerings in our industry
- Expanded our customer base to include some of the worlds leading private equity growth equity VC and private debt firms
- Added 50000 users across N. America EMEA and Asia
- Scaled our assets on the platform to >$5 trn across our customer base
- Won multiple industry awards (PE Wire The Drawdown etc.)
What you will do
- Manage recruitment for key roles from start to finish
- Source candidates using various tools and channels
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
- Support hiring managers in drafting job specs and interview processes
- Maintain and update our hiring platforms
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience
- Help build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs
Some key skills we look for:
- 2 years of recruiting experience ideally in a SaaS or Tech scaleup company
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Experience hiring for senior roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a part-time schedule
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (engineering commercial product)
- Experience hiring within Financial Services/ Private Equity/ Venture Capital is a plus
