Customer Care Advisor (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Lyreco Telford
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team at Lyreco Telford on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Following on from an initial screening call we will be inviting suitable candidates to a recruitment morning on Monday 9th June to learn more about us. This will run from 9am 12pm and will give you the opportunity to sit with a current Customer Care Advisor take a tour of Lyreco and have a face-to-face interview with one of our Team Leaders.
Whether you are on the look out for a new role or you have recently finished at university and looking for work experience this could be the opportunity for you.

About the Role:
As a Customer Care Advisor youll be at the heart of our customer experience handling enquiries processing orders and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Contract Type:
- 6-month fixed-term contract
- Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm (potential part time opportunities also available)
