What are we looking for

• A university degree in Journalism PR Marketing or related fields with professional experience.
• Creative proactive people willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
• Experience in PR/PRESS departments or communications agencies ideally in international environments.
• Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
• Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
• High level of English. Other languages are a plus.
• Immediate incorporation

What will your role be

Public Relations:

• Collaborate with the team to manage key relationships with influencers celebrities and stylists ensuring maximum impact.
• Identify new PR opportunities and collaborations for Desigual.
• Support the organization of events and brand activations (fashion shows collection launches meetings etc.).
• Contribute to the success of the communications team by monitoring analyzing and preparing regular presentations to communicate PR outcomes optimizing based on these results.
• Maintain and update the influencer celebrity and stylist database.
• Assist in coordinating with external PR agencies.

Press:

• Support new collection launches by preparing all assets.
• Prepare detailed media activity reports and press reviews.
• Assist in drafting press releases translations press kit preparation and distribution.
• Manage and update the press database to ensure it is current and optimized.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from key media contacts providing clear accurate information.

Showroom:

• Coordinate the showroom with team members and external PR agencies.
• Manage sample requests logistics and shipments for media shoots and influencer celebrity and stylist loans.
• Be proactive in exploring different styling and dressing opportunities.

Additional Tasks:

• Stay updated on trends and key competitors in all markets to identify improvement areas.
• Draft internal and external presentations.
• Provide support for internal communications.
