Job Description

About the opportunity:

The Performance Marketing team drives sustainable customer growth for N26 through world-class mobile advertising across Google Meta and TikTok among other platforms and channels.

As Head of Performance Marketing you will own strategy execution and measurement for these channels ensuring every euro of spend delivers long-term value to our business and our users. Sitting in the Growth leadership layer and partnering daily with Product Data and Finance you will scale efficient acquisition deepen engagement and continually raise the bar on experimentation and incrementality.

In this role you will:

  • Manage an increasing budget across Google App Meta (Facebook Instagram) and TikTok Ads
  • Build and run a structured testing roadmap geo splits and lift studies
  • Prove incrementality and optimise for LTV/CAC using MMM causal inference and first-party data
  • Automate bidding creative rotation and reporting with in-house ML pipelines
  • Influence marketing tech and analytics roadmaps to enable smarter targeting and measurement
  • Lead coach and hire a team of channel experts and analysts
  • Manage the relationship with platform executives for betas data-feeds and rebate programmes

What you need to be successful:

  • 8 years in mobile performance marketing with ownership of multi-million annual spend on Google Meta or TikTok
  • Hands-on mastery of App Campaigns Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager SKAdNetwork GA4 and SQL
  • Deep experience designing and interpreting incrementality tests you can architect lift studies and decode the results
  • Deep mastery of mobile attribution (ie. AppsFlyer Adjust SKAdNetwork) and MMM models
  • Proven record lowering CAC while scaling installs or revenue in a high-growth B2C or fintech context
  • Balanced left/right brain: analytical rigour paired with sharp creative taste you critique ad concepts as confidently as you tune bid models
  • Strong people leadership and cross-functional influence
  • Fluent English; German or Spanish a plus
  • Bias for action crisp communication and comfort with ambiguity
