Job Description

Job Title: Specialist Audience Operations - Level P2

Location: Chennai India

About the Role:


Were seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Audience Operations Specialist to support audience strategy segmentation and execution across our marketing technology stack. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time driving personalization efficiency and impact across campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing Operations Campaigns Analytics and CRM teams to deliver clean precise audience lists and segmentation logic for cross-channel marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage audience segments for global campaigns across marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo Salesforce HubSpot).

  • Interpret campaign briefs and translate them into accurate audience logic using filters exclusions and prioritization rules.

  • Own end-to-end audience delivery from list sourcing to QA to deployment readiness.

  • Partner with marketing automation and CRM teams to manage contact data hygiene lead lifecycle stages and segmentation capabilities.

  • Collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to implement data enrichment and audience scoring strategies.

  • Work closely with campaign managers analytics and sales ops to refine targeting strategies.

  • Act as a technical advisor for audience capabilities in platform evaluations migrations or transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in marketing operations audience segmentation or marketing technology roles.

  • Hands-on experience with MAPs (e.g. Marketo Eloqua Pardot) CRM (Salesforce) or CDPs (e.g. Segment Adobe RT-CDP).

  • Strong logic-building skills with filters exclusions field criteria and campaign triggers.

  • Solid understanding of marketing data structure (lead/contact objects campaign membership activity logs).

  • Intermediate SQL or experience working with structured datasets and queries.

  • Familiarity with campaign orchestration tools; Experience with privacy-compliant data handling and opt-in/opt-out logic.
