You might currently be a Project Manager Operations Lead Project Coordinator or simply a systems-obsessed multitasker who thrives in remote cross-functional teams. Youre fluent in Notion automations and Excel-like logic and you dream in dashboards. If youre based in Serbia or anywhere in the Balkans even better.
You are solution focused and you can architect and improve your own systems and processes.
Top 5 Objectives
Design implement and maintain organized systems in Notion this includes dashboards SOP libraries team boards and documentation that support all departments.
Develop and Integrate Automations: Identify inefficiencies and create automations (e.g. through Notion Make Zapier Google Workspace) to streamline recurring tasks minimize manual work and boost productivity.
Form Creation and Data Routing: Build intake forms reporting templates and internal request systems that route data directly into Notion for easy tracking logging and follow-up.
Ensure System Accuracy and Overview: Take ownership of system maintenance ensuring all processes databases schedules and reporting tools are always up-to-date and provide management with a clear and real-time operational overview.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with department heads to understand operational needs and implement scalable systems that help each team function more effectively.
Other responsibilities
Own our Notion workspace (and other tools) like a pro.
Troubleshoot document and improve internal workflows.
Launch and optimize automations that eliminate repetitive work.
Collaborate and communicate across the organization with all stakeholders for them to adopt and use the systems and processes you have designed.
Report progress bottlenecks and opportunities directly to leadership.
Requirements
3 years in an ops/project management role.
Experience with Notion Zapier Google Workspace.
High attention to detail and systems thinking.
English fluency.
Based in the Balkans preferred (Serbia Romania Bulgaria and available to work in CET).
Success Looks Like (12 months in)
All teams work from a central clean Notion system.
Automations save hours weekly.
Bottlenecks are resolved before they appear.
Real-time dashboards keep leadership in the loop.
