Role Description:We are looking for a Performance Specialist to focus on the activation execution and monitoring of paid search campaigns-primarily in Google. In this role youll ensure campaigns are launched correctly tracking is set up accurately and daily performance is maintained. Youll collaborate with internal teams to keep performance consistent and aligned with client goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience managing and activating Google Ads Campaigns.
- Up-to-Date Google Ads Certifications are required.
- Experience working with analytics and reporting tools (GA4 Looker Studio)
- Basic knowledge of tracking (pixels UTMs tag managers) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in collaborative fast-paced environments.
- English proficiency required.
- Campaign Execution &Activation: Create configure and launch paid search campaigns following strategic guidelines and internal processes.
- Monitoring &Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks on live campaigns to ensure budget pacing correct targeting ad copy accuracy and tag functionality.
- Performance Tracking: Collect and organize campaign data to support performance reviews and optimization decisions.
- Coordination with Teams: Liaise with the analytics design and account teams to ensure all elements are aligned and launched on time.
- Platform Hygiene: Maintain account structure coverage and scalable campaign execution.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed on platform updates and trends to assist in campaign refinement and daily decision-making.
