About The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Casual Defect Inspector to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in their commitment to delivering exceptional defect management services for off-the-plan residential projects.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive defect inspections as required utilising the designated inspection platform.
- Accurately recording and tracking inspection details to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Understanding and adhering to each projects specific inspection requirements and benchmarks for workmanship.
- Additional responsibilities may vary based on your assigned position within the team.
About You
The successful candidate will have off-the-plan residential property/construction experience ideal however they are open to customer service and or retailexperience. Other requirements include:
- A valid construction induction card (white card) and a current drivers license.
- Experience in inspecting off-the-plan residential properties or construction.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the capability to engage constructively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
