Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will troubleshoot issues answer questions and provide solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You ll be an essential part of our team helping to maintain positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (email chat phone).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • 1 years of proven customer success experience.
  • Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple clients.
  • Good business acumen and understanding of customer service principles.
  • High school diploma or Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software helpdesk software or other relevant technology.
