What You ll Do
Perform high-quality cleans in single-family homes condos and apartments
Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistent top-tier results
Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners and office staff
Protect client property and privacy at all times
Provide your own cleaning supplies and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed for jobs beyond 20 mi round-trip)
Pay: DOE (paid biweekly via direct deposit)
Flexible part-time schedule perfect for parents students or those building their own client base

Requirements
You re a Great Fit If You
Have 2 year of professional home-cleaning experience (or comparable service background)
Can provide at least two recent work references
Take pride in reliability timeliness and a job well done
Own a smartphone for schedules & job notes
Enjoy working independently but also value being part of a positive team-oriented company

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Weekdays with occasional Saturdays; you choose your availability
Service Area: Seattle Eastside and surrounding neighborhoods
Must pass a basic background check and have proof of U.S. work authorization

Experience & Skills: 5+ years of experience in residential house cleaning. Deep knowledge of effective cleaning methods, tools, and materials. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards. Physical & Work Requirements: Ability to lift 25 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for long periods. Comfortable working in diverse home settings. Valid driver s license and reliable transportation. Professional Qualities: Reliable, professional, and committed to quality. Leads by example and encourages teamwork. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Passionate about creating clean, welcoming homes for clients.
