Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to students at a school in Hardeeville South Carolina. The ideal candidate will conduct evaluations develop and implement therapy plans and support students identified with disabilities and those needing intervention in compliance with established regulations and standards of care.

South Carolina SLP License (LLR)

Valid South Carolina Teaching Certificate

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic screenings and comprehensive evaluations for referred students.

Participate actively in the school s Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).

Prepare and complete Speech-Language reports as per South Carolina guidelines.

Collaborate with educators school psychologists related service personnel and parents.

Develop compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide therapy as outlined under IDEA.

Provide therapy services in person and virtually as needed.

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation including session notes and progress on IEP goals.

Make recommendations regarding specialized materials and equipment required for service delivery.

Adhere to FERPA and all student confidentiality regulations.
