We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who will be the friendly face behind our chats emails and social media conversations someone who truly cares about helping customers have a smooth and enjoyable journey with us.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries across email chat and social media with warmth and professionalism
- Following up on orders and working closely with our logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
- Handling complaints and resolving issues in a way that leaves our customers smiling
- Keeping customer satisfaction top of mind in everything you do
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in customer service ideally in e-commerce or retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills you re approachable attentive and empathetic
- Comfortable with technology; experience using CRM or order management tools is a plus
- Reside in or around Lekki youll need to be nearby for our onsite role
Location: Lekki Lagos
Salary: NGN 150000 Monthly
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM 6 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM 4 PM
