Client Location: Vikhroli Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Office & Home)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Job Description:
We are hiring a Talent Sourcer (Non-IT) for our prestigious MNC client based in Vikhroli Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have 1 3 years of hands-on sourcing experience within the BPO/ITES industry and be familiar with hiring across various verticals such as BFSI F&A Customer Service Analytics Procurement HR Pharma Healthcare Legal and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates based on job descriptions and compensation brackets
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals social media internal databases and referrals
Identify qualified candidates for a wide range of non-IT roles across functions
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance throughout the sourcing process
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sourcing targets as part of a high-performing team
Requirements
Key Skills Required:
1 3 years of experience in sourcing within the BPO/ITES domain
Experience sourcing for roles in BFSI Finance & Accounting Customer Service Analytics Procurement HR Pharma Healthcare Legal etc.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools Naukri LinkedIn Referrals etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented target-driven and team player
Self-starter with a go-getter attitude
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate or Postgraduate
Preferred: Background in Humanities / Management
