*Client Location:* Vikhroli Mumbai
*Work Mode:* Hybrid (On-site & Remote)

#### Job Description:
We are seeking a Talent Sourcer (Non-IT) for a prestigious MNC client located in Vikhroli Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should possess 1 3 years of practical sourcing experience within the BPO/ITES industry and should be well-versed in recruiting for various sectors such as BFSI F&A Customer Service Analytics Procurement HR Pharma Healthcare Legal and more.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate candidates based on job descriptions and salary ranges
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals social media internal databases and referrals
- Identify suitable candidates for a wide range of non-IT positions across different functions
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance throughout the sourcing process
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing targets as part of a high-performing team
#### Key Skills Required:
- 1 3 years of sourcing experience within the BPO/ITES domain
- Experience in sourcing for roles in BFSI Finance & Accounting Customer Service Analytics Procurement HR Pharma Healthcare Legal etc.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as Naukri LinkedIn Referrals etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented target-driven and team player
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
#### Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
- Preferred: Background in Humanities / Management
