Bradley David Associates is recruiting a shipping and logistics coordinator to join our valued client based near Maldon Essex.
We are looking for a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimise the transportation and distribution of goods globally. The successful candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards. This role is essential to supporting our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
- Up to 25000 - this is negotiable dependent on experience so all applicants welcome.
- Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:15pm 1 hour lunch.
- Annual bonus based on company performance

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments of goods.
- Schedule transportation track shipments and resolve shipping delays or issues.
- Work closely with suppliers freight forwarders customs brokers and carriers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
- Maintain accurate shipping records.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage shipping budgets.
- General admin duties.
Requirements
- Logistics shipping or supply chain coordination experience.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international transportation freight and customs procedures.
- Proficiency with logistics software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
