Job Description
This established upmarket boutique real estate group is looking for a new leader. As the Senior Property Manager you will take on a hands on role overseeing a property management team of 3 and rent roll of just over 400 upmarket properties.
Joining a business with a strong focus on service you will be an experienced Property Manager with strong problem solving and customer service skills and excellent social skills to drive the team culture.
This is a great opportunity for an established Property Manager to join a stable and dedicated team offering autonomy flexibility and excellent short and long term financial reward.
Requirements
- At least 2 years property management experience
- Strong and adaptable communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and negotiation skills
- High IT systems knowledge - Experienced with cloud based programs
- Experienced with quality control (you will manage the departments onboarding process)
- Management and motivation skills - Respectful demeanor - Lead by example
- Excellent time management skills
- A desire for progression. This is a business with a plan for continued growth
