Our mission is to empower Tech Grabbers to succeed in their roles by being a center of excellence through a centralized platform for technical documentation and self-help learning developing an engagingly robust onboarding and enablement experience for our engineers.

Were looking for a Senior Technical Content Developer who is passionate about learning and communicating complex ideas in clear concise and accurate ways. In this role youll be a key driver in shaping Grabs knowledge management culture across technical teamsspanning both platform and service domainswith a strong focus on engineering excellence onboarding and impactful documentation initiatives.

Youll collaborate with engineers product managers and other stakeholders to drive high-quality scalable documentation and training programs that impact hundreds of engineers across the organization.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Own and manage end-to-end documentation efforts across technical teams with a focus on Documentation as Code.

  • Lead the strategy development and continuous improvement of technical documentation internal knowledge sharing and on-demand learning programs.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and platform teams to produce clear concise and technically accurate documentation on topics such as stability scalability resiliency on-call operations and incident management.

  • Participate in documentation planning with product and engineering teams and help integrate documentation into broader product and engineering workflows.

  • Champion a strong documentation and learning culture within engineering by identifying gaps pain points and opportunities to deliver meaningful scalable content.

  • Define and uphold content standards style guides and templates that empower engineers to be better communicators.

  • Create sample code onboarding guides and training materials to support internal adoption and self-service learning.

  • Review test and refine documentation created by othersensuring it meets high standards for quality and usability.

  • Help elevate Grabs technical brand by curating and publishing blogs and knowledge articles internally and externally.

  • Explore and apply AI-powered tools and techniques to improve content creation personalization and discoverability.

  • Mentor and support fellow technical content developers fostering growth across the team.


Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 6 years of experience in technical writing developer documentation content strategy or similar roles.

  • A strong grasp of information architecture and the ability to craft content that meets users where they are.

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to research test and document technical features and concepts.

  • Experience with Documentation as Code workflows and tools (e.g. Markdown Git-based doc systems CI/CD).

  • Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) modern infrastructure Git microservices or related technologies.

  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments.

  • A track record of cross-functional collaboration across engineering product design and enablement teams.

  • Excellent communication editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail and consistency.

  • Passion for continuous learning developer enablement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Strong sense of empathy curiosity and a problem-solving attitude.

  • A forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI in technical writing and learningwhether through content automation intelligent search or documentation assistants.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Hugo/Docsy or Docusaurus

  • Hands-on experience creating developer-facing documentation or API reference materials.

  • Familiarity with employee onboarding developer training or enablement programs.

  • Knowledge of cloud computing distributed systems or microservices architecture.

  • Bonus points if you have experience in technical marketing graphic design or video editing.
