The EVERSANA/Meitheal Regional Business Director (RBD) is responsible for the development and performance of all field personnel in their region for sales and activity for XENLETA (oral antibiotic) and will report to the Complete Commercialization CCO & Integrated Commercial Lead. This position is responsible for staffing and directing their team. They will provide leadership towards the achievement of partners objectives in line with company vision and values. The RBD will observe and identify opportunities and challenges as well as develop plan implement and follow through with action plans to address those opportunities and challenges in a positive way within and through their team. This includes individual development of team members in line with corporate goals. Evaluation of success optimizing the opportunity and effectively communicating results to partners and EVERSANA internal stakeholders.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180000 to $200000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience other job-related qualifications/skills and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
