Job Description
- Assist in educating and managing coaching staff to ensure that the organization is represented consistently within the local youth soccer market.
- Help with managing the quality accuracy and delivery of training sessions. Provide feedback and on-field support to coaches and assist with planning and delivery of education meetings.
- Provide coach operational support including orientation logistics education events and uniform and equipment tracking and distribution
- Educate audit and track Red Bulls Youth coaches administrative work on a weekly basis.
- Recruit part-time coaching staff and assist in all recruitment efforts.
- Your weekly schedule will consist of approximately twenty (20) administration hours and nine (9) on-field coaching hours during the winter spring and fall seasons and an average of fifteen (15) administration hours and fifteen (15) on-field coaching hours during the summer season.
Qualifications :
- Preferred minimum of USSF C License or USC Advanced National.
- One years experience as a coach educator.
- Understanding of the season-to-season youth soccer market.
- Detail oriented and well organized.

Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).
The base hourly range for this position is $43- $53 in addition to an hourly admin rate of $27. Actual hourly rate offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
