Job Description
The qualities in a strong Assistant Manager are good leadership skills such as honesty being punctual being hard-working and the ability to train new employees.
Responsibilities in this position include taking phone and walk-in orders preparing all food products and cleaning. An Assistant Manager must lead by example and make decisions during stressful situations. They must be able to multi-task. They also must be able to deliver as needed even if they are primarily an inside worker. Therefore they must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
