Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and visually polished PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive sales and technical audiences.
- Utilize advanced PowerPoint tools including custom master slide layouts complex transitions and animated graphic elements to enhance audience engagement.
- Develop visually compelling designs for various platforms including print and digital media aligned with the clients brand guidelines.
- Create and refine brand identities to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage design projects from concept to delivery ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate ideas into impactful visual outcomes.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry standards to deliver innovative and competitive designs.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign with expertise and efficiency.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Execute graphic design and presentation design requests based on provided briefs ensuring layouts and designs are optimized for their intended use.
- Review and proofread your work to uphold accuracy quality control and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with Project Leads and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with expectations.
- Adapt to feedback and incorporate revisions promptly to meet defined SLAs.
Qualifications :
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio focused on PowerPoint presentation design.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint including master slides custom animations transitions and data visualization techniques.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles branding and layout composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work as part of a creative team.
Availability
- Must be available to work 3040 hours per week.
- Amenable to working 68 hours per weekday between 10 AM to 7 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM Philippine Time (GMT8) with flexibility to meet client needs.
