Job Description
About your tasks:
- Design and implement scalable secure and efficient integrations using modern Workday tools.
- Collaborate with HR Finance and IT stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into integration designs.
- Monitor and maintain integration performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Document thoroughly including configuration specs test logs and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance and data integrity by configuring integration access and security controls.
Qualifications :
About you:
- 38 years of Workday integration experience particularly within HCM.
- Proficiency in Workday integration tools (Studio EIB Core Connectors REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong understanding of XML XSLT and other data transformation formats.
- Familiarity with Workday security framework and GDPR/data privacy standards.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
