Job Description
Were searching for a driven Organisational Development (OD) Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role youll be the architect of performance-driven initiatives igniting engagement and championing our unique GYG values. Youll dive into everything from leadership development and employee engagement strategies to driving critical change management and fostering a truly high-performance results-oriented culture.
If youre a strategic thinker with a knack for turning data into impactful insights and youre passionate about nurturing talent and shaping culture this is your chance to make a massive impact.
Youll enjoy this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in an Organisational Development or HR role with OD responsibilities
- Proven success in designing and implementing OD initiatives
- Strong knowledge of OD methodologies best practices and engagement strategies
- Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in QSR retail or hospitality industry highly desirable
- A relevant tertiary qualifications or change management certification preferred
