Description
Tri Delta Executive Office is growing and we are searching for individuals to fill roles within our Member Engagement Team! If you or someone you know would be interested in the Member Milestones and Ritual Specialist role please share and apply. You do not need to be a member to apply. This is a part-time role that is hybrid eligible within the Dallas-Forth Worth Texas area.

OBJECTIVE Further engagement by helping to maximize opportunities to establish positive traditions and memories around Ritual and other important member milestones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain all Initiation Ritual resources and materials supporting chapters as they implement them while conducting Initiation Ritual
- Develop materials to support other Rituals and Ceremonies including but not limited to New Member Ritual Circle Degree Founders Day Pansy Celebration Pearl Silver Golden and Diamond Circle Ceremonies and Chapter Anniversaries
- Develop resources and tools to help chapters create magical moments for members
