The Project Manager accepts the challenge of large complex ideas and coordinates and manages departmental and client-driven projects to provide on-time delivery of project work packages. The Project Manager will reach objectives using project management concepts and techniques to provide realistic estimates in time and costs to define and prioritize the steps for project planning for the successful execution of the project.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of business analysis experience
5 years of project management experience or related experience in enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation

The Project Manager will reach objectives using project management concepts and techniques to provide realistic estimates in time and costs to define and prioritize the steps for project planning for the successful execution of the project.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide business analysis support during requirements gathering solution validation and execution.
- Develop project plans schedules and deliverables to ensure on-time on-budget project completion.
- Collaborate with management clients and internal associates in various departments to gain information advice and cooperation from them. Build strong working relationships and share expertise. Work closely with internal associates and/or external clients to understand business requirements and promote successful implementation of the project.
- Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress identify issues and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions.
- Build and maintain key business relationships.
- Share lessons learned and project management best practices.

- Experience managing project budgets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Track record of implementing project management best practices.
- Persuasive encouraging and motivating.
- Positive customer-focused attitude in challenging situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Microsoft Teams Smartsheet) and general business software (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Outlook).
