Who You Are
4 years of experience in event production experiential marketing or project management.
Proven success managing complex event timelines budgets and stakeholder communications.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration.
Experience managing external vendors and agencies; comfortable reviewing contracts and scopes.
Proficiency with project management tools like Airtable Asana Smartsheet or similar.
Bonus: Experience with creative workflows brand environments or content production.
What Youll Do
Duration: Mid-June 2025 - November 2025
Lead end-to-end project management of ComplexCon and internal meetings.
Own project timelines budgets production schedules and workback plans; ensure milestones are met across internal and external teams.
Serve as the main liaison between internal stakeholders.
Ensure all creative assets and messaging are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in trade shows creative agencies entertainment or consumer brands.
Familiarity with experiential builds and A/V production.
Passion for storytelling immersive experiences and audience engagement.
$40 - $50 an hour
The Pay Range which consists of salary and commission for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance.
