Position Summary
The Department of English at the University of Southern Indiana a public university in Evansville Indiana invites applications for a one-year non-renewable instructor to teach fact-to-face first-and second-year composition courses. Appointment will begin August 2025.
Duties/Responsibilities
The English Instructor will be expected to engage in department and university service activities and teach 12 credit hours per semester a 4/4 load that includes basic writing and undergraduate rhetoric and composition courses.
Required Knowledge and Skills
A Masters degree in English and demonstrated success teaching college-level rhetoric and composition are required.
