Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a strategic technology and services firm who is seeking seasonedAccounting Managerto join their dynamic team. This role is on a temp-to-perm basis offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. As the Interim Accounting Manager you will oversee a team of 4professionals and ensure the seamless financial operations of our clients organization. This is a 100% remote work opportunity.

Hourly Rate:$60 to $70/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 1 in India who oversees a team of 3 processing transactions.
- Calculate revenue allocations between 3 entities.
- Oversee full-cycle accounting and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Work closely with the CFO for reporting and results analysis.
- Support our CPA firm during financial audits.
- Conduct thorough reviews of payroll processes.
- Produce clean financial statements and manage general ledger upkeep.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager.
- Understanding of the tax implications between entities which are a mix of C Corp and LLC
- Experience with sales and use taxes researching requirements as company enters new jurisdictions.
- Solid accounting expertise and able to handle day to day accounting functions
- Strong systems proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills including strategic consideration and thinking about the future.
- Strong communication skills capable of working with senior leadership.
- Oversee full-cycle accounting
- Calculate revenue allocations between entities
- Support CPA firm during financial audits.
- Support the CFO with reporting and analysis and reporting to the parent company.
