Job Description

From designing and developing customized IoT solutions to implementing and managing them seamlessly Concept Reply helps customers unlock the potential of IoT.
The Industry 4.0 Engineer will lead the design implementation and optimization of smart manufacturing systems and processes. This role focuses on integrating advanced technologies such as IoT automation big data analytics artificial intelligence and cyber-physical systems to enhance operational efficiency productivity and innovation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and a passion for digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions including IoT devices automation systems and digital twins to optimize manufacturing processes
- Develop and deploy data analytics platforms to monitor real-time performance predict maintenance needs and improve decision-making
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements using Industry 4.0 technologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Work with AI IT operations and engineering teams to align Industry 4.0 initiatives with business goals
- Provide training to staff on new systems and technologies ensuring smooth adoption and operation
- Stay updated on emerging Industry 4.0 trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering Computer Science or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing automation or industrial engineering with at least 2 years focused on Industry 4.0 technologies
- Proficiency in IoT platforms (e.g. MQTT OPC UA) UNS and industrial communication protocols
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. PLC programming HMI MES SCADA systems)
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Python R SQL) and machine learning frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Snowflake) and digital twin technologies
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles for industrial systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Industry 4.0 IoT Ignition Core/Gold or AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Experience with manufacturing in industrial applications
