Job Description
Salary: 40000- 42000
45 hrs per week
Sun - Tuesday daytime only Wednesday to Saturday lunch and dinner service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the bar to the highest standard.
- Curate and update an exceptional cocktail and beverage menu.
- Train develop and mentor a team of professional bartenders and bar backs.
- Ensure immaculate service presentation and guest engagement.
- Oversee stock levels ordering and supplier relationships with attention to cost and quality.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing health & safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the sommelier and kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 23 years experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a high-end or fine dining environment.
- Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails spirits and bar trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail presentation and customer service.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and manage a professional team.
- Personal license holder preferred.
- WSET certification or wine knowledge a plus.
