A rare opportunity to lead on Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) reporting practices across multiple jurisdictions and international frameworks for a FTSE100 business. Reporting to the Group Head of Sustainability we are seeking a detail orientated and driven individual to navigate an evolving regulatory reporting landscape at a time where our ESG reporting obligations are scaling up.
What youll be doing:
- Leading on Entains alignment with global reporting standards and disclosures including CSRD TCFD ISSB CDP and ESG rating agencies.
- Manage the end-to-end ESG reporting process responsible for coordination verification and reporting of Entains qualitative and quantitative disclosures.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of a global sustainability network to communicate and project the voice of the sustainability function into the business and embed ESG related controls and reporting systems for data accuracy and audit readiness.
- Responding to investors analysts and rating agencies on ESG related disclosures and ratings.
- Supporting in the drafting of Sustainability sections of the Annual Report website maintenance and other relevant company reports documents and briefings.
- A key liaison with advisors and auditors to manage the day-to-day progression of workstreams adhering to clear deadlines.
- Monitor ESG regulatory developments (i.e. CSDDD) to ensure business resilience and preparation.
Qualifications :
Essential:
- Good knowledge of existing and emerging ESG and Sustainability reporting and disclosure frameworks in European and international territories including but not limited to CSRD CSDDD TCFD UK Companies Act ISSB and ESG rating agencies.
- Highly organised and acute attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities for concurrent workstreams across various jurisdictions often adhering to tight deadlines.
- Agile thinker capable of finding viable solutions to complex problems.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide-ranging group of internal and external stakeholders.
- A team-player who is comfortable working closely with colleagues (including at senior level) from other teams and across various geographies.
Desirable:
- Experience in legal audit or sustainability reporting.
- Knowledge or experience working with data gathering platforms or business intelligence tools.
- Experience managing cross organisational projects.
- European language skills.
