The Marketing Communication & Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and marketing strategies for a property. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility driving revenue growth through marketing initiatives and ensuring consistent brand messaging in alignment with corporate guidelines. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales operations and digital marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Brand Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement brand strategies for the property ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and voice in all marketing materials communications and guest touchpoints.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure brand compliance and standards are met.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute hotel marketing campaigns to drive occupancy room rates and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with the property team to implement marketing initiatives based on property needs and local market trends.
- Coordinate media relations public relations activities and influencer partnerships to boost brand awareness.
Revenue & Business Development Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to support B2C and B2B revenue targets through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends competitive landscape and guest insights to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Support hotel activations promotions and guest experience enhancement.
Marketing Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the annual marketing budget ensuring a balanced investment in brand digital and traditional media channels.
- Monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust spending to maximize impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the General Manager Sales Director and Corporate Office to align marketing strategies with operational goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies media partners and creative teams.
- Coordinate with the revenue management team to ensure promotions align with demand patterns and revenue optimization strategies.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly report on marketing KPIs campaign performance and brand awareness metrics.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on marketing performance analysis.
- Develop quarterly and annual marketing reports for corporate headquarters and property management.
KPI :
- Increased brand awareness and market share.
- Achievement of targeted revenue and occupancy growth.
- Positive guest feedback and engagement on digital and social platforms.
- High ROI on marketing investments and campaigns.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and brand management preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
- Experience managing multiple properties or a large multi-faceted portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media SEO SEM and email marketing.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage budgets timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
