Brand Manager Financial Services

  • Implement brand strategies across a house of brands
  • Drive awareness engagement and conversion
  • $150k package plus bonus

Join a fast-paced purpose-led marketing team driving brand success across a portfolio of brands.

Were looking for a Brand Manager who is equal parts strategic creative and commercial. In this role youll be instrumental in building and elevating dynamic brands aligning every campaign and communication to our broader business goals and customer value proposition.

What Youll Do

  • Implement brand strategies across diverse brands ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning messaging and creative direction.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Customer People & Culture Corporate Affairs) to drive brand consistency.

  • Own and evolve brand guidelines tone of voice and visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints.

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital social advertising) that drive awareness engagement and conversion.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise results and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Manage brand budgets with a sharp focus on ROI.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders agency partners and external vendors.

About You

  • You have demonstrated brand management marketing or advertising preferably within financial services.

  • Proven experience in brand strategy architecture and execution.

  • Strong business partnering skills and the ability to influence across functions.

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to write and interpret briefs aligned to brand tone of voice.

  • Skilled at managing multiple projects timelines and stakeholders with precision.

  • Confident in applying customer insights analytics and market data to drive brand decisions.

  • Experience with campaign performance tracking and data analysis.

  • A mindset for continuous improvement and a passion for innovation.
