CribMaster provides inventory control solutions through advanced software innovative vending hardware Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) and customer services to manufacturing distribution government and service industries for managing indirect inventory (tools spare parts MRO etc.). CribMaster ( ties fast and reliable tool crib or storeroom transactions to a powerful system of inventory control. The system provides critical data to manage consumable and durable inventory reduce the risk for lost or misplaced tools and provide critical data to business leaders to reduce risk of tools being lost or left behind reduce costs and increase productivity.
Job Summary
The Material Handler primary responsibility is to support the daily flow and preparation of finished goods and package them adequately for LTL transporting. Qualified candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds stand for extended periods of time and forklift certification is a plus. The ability to play close attention to detail perform task in a professional and timely manner while consistently demonstrating and incorporating principles of safety for self and others which is essential to this job.
Reporting Relationship
This job role reports to the Shipping Manager
Specific Responsibilities / Essential Functions
1. Develops and keeps a clean safe working environment for self and others and consistently adhere to all the companies safety policies and procedures
2. Safely transport finished goods from cells to the shipping area and securely load the machines on to pallets.
3. Verify and accurately record all the required data for each machine from build sheets QA documents etc. before wrapping.
4. Inspect unit for any visible damages and report it to the QA team at once.
5. Wrap and package machine for shipping these functions may include but are not limited to the following: block and brace machine on pallet apply layers of bubble wrap securing machine glass with foam packs applying shrink by hand or using a shrink wrap machine banding machine to pallet using a metal bander applying corrugated sleeve and adding the proper decals and labels.
6. Consistently maintain an acceptable level of productivity.
7. Maintain up to date forklift certification and operate all power and manual loading equipment effectively and within the safety guidelines.
8. Demonstrate good organizational skills and communicate effectively.
9. Follows all loading unloading and proper lifting procedures according to training and SOP guidelines.
10. Inspects material-handling equipment racking dock doors and pallets weekly or as needed.
11. Keeps an accurate record of all packaging material for inventory.
12. Follows all safety rules and guidelines as outlined in CribMasters Employee Handbook and as trained. Understands and communicates all hazards safety and security issues to co-workers and Supervisors. Safely uses all required personal protective equipment.

Job Specifications and Requirements
1. Education and Experience:
a. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
b. Ability to read and write effectively in English.
c. Ability to work all shifts and required overtime.
2. Physical Requirements:
a. Requires constant bending and lifting.
b. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
c. Employees must stand / walk on concrete floors move pallets with product from one location to another.
d. Must have the ability to see close (at 20 inches or less) and distance vision (20 feet or more).
