Job Description
Position: Scrum Master II
Location: BuffaloNY ONSITE
Duration: 12 months
Visa: gc or citizens

What Youll Need to Have:
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 years experience as a member of an Agile team including 2 years as a Scrum Master
OR In lieu of a degree 8 years of combined higher education and/or relevant work experience including 4 years on Agile teams and 2 years as a Scrum Master.
Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with:
Scrum Framework
Kanban
Agile Principles
Familiarity with practices like user stories retrospectives story mapping ATDD TDD continuous integration pairing and using information radiators.
Experience influencing teams and driving Agile adoption in complex environments.
Ability to coach mentor and support teams at varying Agile maturity levels.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
