Enbridge is hiring a Project Coordinator II right nowwhen you apply Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.

Role Summary:

As a Project Coordinator II you will play a pivotal role in coordinating project teams to deliver quality results efficiently and cost-effectively. Your expertise will ensure that projects are executed smoothly meeting all necessary milestones and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and all partners both internal and external.
  • Support the implementation and management of assigned projects.
  • Identify and requisition external engineering support when needed.
  • Develop project schedules identifying milestones and managing critical paths.
  • Coordinate and participate in project-related meetings drafting meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Review and track documentation including regulatory and internal documents.
  • Upload and maintain documents in tracking databases promptly.
  • Maintain tracking tools metrics and calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.

Criteria & Qualifications:

  • Associates degree (or internationally recognized equivalent).
  • 4-7 years of project-related support experience particularly in supporting liquid or natural gas pipelines.
  • Proficient in E-mail Word Excel PowerPoint and Windows applications.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Preferences:

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Top-tier communication skills.
  • Engineering background and/or PMP certification.
