Position Summary:

• Pay: $18 to $25 per hour depending on case needs

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Work Setting: In-home private care (non-facility)

• Schedule: Fully customizable days nights weekends or short shifts

Role Expectations:

• Deliver hands-on personal care (bathing grooming toileting)

• Provide mobility support and assist with daily routines

• Prepare simple meals and complete light housekeeping tasks

• Offer social interaction and monitor client wellbeing

• Accurately document care and communicate changes

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate

• Minimum 1 year of direct caregiving experience

• Current CPR card (or scheduled renewal date)

• Own vehicle and valid drivers license

• Strong communication skills and commitment to quality care
