DescriptionHard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa is seeking a full-time Hotel Services Attendant (Bellhop). The Hotel Services Attendant serves as a key point of contact for hotel guests creating a positive first and last impression. This position involves a blend of guest interaction and physical assistance. The ideal candidate will be friendly proactive and dedicated to providing efficient and courteous service contributing to the overall satisfaction of hotel guests.

Responsibilities- Meet and greet every guest entering and exiting the facility with a welcoming and helpful demeanor.
- Provide information to guests regarding the hotels amenities services and upcoming events.
- Assist guests with their luggage ensuring a smooth and comfortable arrival and departure process.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and guest safety.
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach in all guest interactions seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by hotel management.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Ability to take personal responsibility for assignments and results.
