Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices streamlining processes and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:

Senior Payroll Specialist

Your future role:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing in accordance with labor laws compensation regulations and employment contracts

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data

  • Prepare monthly reports and issue certificates of remuneration

  • Settle civil law contracts

  • Ensure the accurate preparation and submission of ZUS PFRON PIT declarations and GUS reports

  • Collaborate with tax and insurance institutions

  • Provide advanced calculations of working time and oversee absence management

  • Assess and determine eligibility for sickness benefits

  • Facilitate high-level client communications and solutions.

Apply if you have:

  • A university degree preferably in Economics (Accounting Finance or related fields) or Law

  • 4 years of experience in Payroll operations

  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in using MS Office

  • Experience in operating HR and payroll software

  • Practical knowledge of labor law social insurance regulations benefits and personal income tax

  • Analytical skills attention to details energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals team working skills good work organization.
