Introduction:

The JuniorBusiness Systems Developercontributes to the overall success of the National Sales Management team in ensuring specific individual goals plans initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the teams business strategies and objectives.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

In this role you will:

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships systems and knowledge.
  • Support the design development and maintenance of internal applications and tools and assist with automating manual processes using C# VBA and SQL.
  • Learn and adapt to the internal toolsets data structures and business processes and contribute to enhancements and bug fixes on existing Excel and Access-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand operational needs and deliver technical solutions
  • Write and optimize queries to extract transform and analyze financial data from various data sources.
  • Participate in testing documentation and deployment of applications and automation workflows.

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS:

Wed love to work with you if you have:

  • A Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related discipline
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. C# Python or Java).
  • Familiarity with relational databases and writing basic SQL queries.
  • Exposure to Excel VBA or data automation is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
