HUGO BOSS are seeking a skilled fashion forward andpassionate Part Time Sales Consultantto join us at our King Street Flagshiplocation.
In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service fitting and styling expertise to our clients as well ascollaboratingwith yourteam in the day-to-day store operations.
- Driving sales and providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to our clients
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day operations
- Demonstrating a customer centric mindset to ensure customers expectations are surpassed at every opportunity
- Building a steady clientele of repeat shoppers through relationship building and CRM data gathering
- Supporting in all merchandise related processes including stock management and loss prevention
- Maximizing every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store targets and KPIs
- Customer service experience is essential with a proven ability to maintain a clientele base highly regarded
- Previous experience in styling menswear (desirable)
- A genuine love of fashion and well-versed styling expertise
- Experience working in a team to achieve business goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
