Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.
Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.
Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis require employees to live within a commutable distance and since business needs vary by position and may change over time managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Provides advanced expertise in systems and process analysis design and problem-solving in a complex multi-system environment with focus on end-to-end processes and impacts. Act as the liaison between business teams application vendors and Information Technology (IT) for system integrations enhancements and issue resolution; Responsible for translating complex business needs to effective design recommendations system/data analysis instituting design in system and leading or participating in testing and deployment activities. Conduct and present quantitative and qualitative analysis of cross-functional people and payroll data in collaboration with business teams. Contribute to system decision-making scoping and planning for HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy. Lead small and medium system upgrades feature release interfaces and data conversion projects across functional areas of HR and provide direction for project team members. Leads projects and teams related to HR Technology and may manage coach and lead other employees.
Job Specific Qualifications
Bachelors degreeand minimum 8 years relevant work experience which includes:
o Functional/business knowledge in HR business processes
o Experience/strong knowledge of HR Technology Systems and their interdependencies on other ERP modules
Excellent interpersonal communications and teamwork skills including ability to communicate analytics to a non-technical audience. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Solid project management skills and ability to lead special projects and ability to multitask (i.e. upgrades major organizational changes etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite MS-Excel macros MS Visio and MS Access Database.
Desired
Bachelors Degreein business IT computer science MIS or another computer science-related major..
Advanced knowledge of HR Technology software such as SuccessFactors PeopleSoft Workday etc Org charting software interface requirements.
Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors (SAP) suite including employee central employee central payroll compensation variable pay succession etc. SAP benefits and integration with multiple benefit vendors.
