Position: Logistic Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent organizational skills and a passion for logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms for medical supplies and equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast and plan for future supply needs
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and update inventory management system
- Prepare and present reports on inventory levels procurement activities and cost analysis to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for improvement
- Assist with the implementation of new inventory management systems and processes
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and procurement
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
- 2 years of experience in logistics supply chain management or inventory control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with medical supplies and equipment is a plus.
