Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Analyst to join our team. The Logistic Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the planning coordination and execution of all logistics operations for our company. This includes managing inventory levels coordinating shipments and analyzing data to optimize supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels
- Coordinate and track shipments ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement operations and finance to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics processes
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to management highlighting any areas of concern or improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
