Job Description
Job Title: General Manager
StretchLab Rogers is seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional experiences for our clients. As the General Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and dynamic environment focused on health and wellness. Your leadership will directly impact our clients journey toward enhanced flexibility and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of stretching specialists and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting forecasting and maintaining profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as state and local regulations.
- Cultivate a positive company culture that emphasizes teamwork communication and professional growth.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to ensure high service standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sports Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a fitness or wellness environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Background in health wellness or fitness industries is a plus.
