What you have:
- Previous experience and/or working knowledge of typical paint tech roles (masking shot blast pre-treatment etc.).
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform repetitive operations
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Top candidates will also have:
- Paint certification or equivalent experience in equipment paint processing
- Experience in top coat prime coat and electrostatic paint
- Ability to read blueprints / engineering drawings
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Strong commitment to Safety and Teamwork
- Demonstrates decision-making ability
- Ability to read/understand MSDS sheets
What you will get:
- 2nd Shift:$21.76/hour (includes 8%-night shift premium)
- Monday-Thursday 4 day/10-hour shift schedule
- Work Hours: 6 pm 4:30 am
**Role requires overtime as needed to support business needs**

Summary Pay Range:
$20.15 - $25.15Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
