Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Ispra Italy. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Developing and executing migration plans coordinating with content owners and ensuring the successful transfer of content to the Drupal platform;
- Gathering and analyzing user feedback and requirements and providing recommendations for platform improvements and new features;
- Working closely with the development team to prioritize and implement new features and functionalities and to resolve technical issues;
- Providing first-line technical support to users responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner;
- Developing and delivering training materials user manuals and guides to support users and providing ongoing technical assistance and guidance.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Experience in business analysis and technical support;
- Experience content management systems (Drupal) and M365 tools such as: Teams and SharePoint Online;
- Knowledge of Maps (Webtools) and Highcharts (Webtools) would be an asset;
- Knowledge of PowerBI ArcGIS Tableau QLIK and D3 would be an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language while fluency in French would be an asset.
