Job Title: US Associate Employee Relations

Position Summary:

We are seeking a US Associate Employee Relations Executive to support employee relations initiatives across our U.S. operations. In this role you will help manage and resolve workplace concerns ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive employee experience. You will report directly to the Employee Relations Manager and support broader HR functions as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling employee concerns complaints and workplace disputes in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support investigations related to harassment discrimination performance issues and policy violations; document findings and assist in resolution.
  • Ensure employee relations practices comply with federal state and local labor laws (FMLA FLSA ADA EEOC etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and disciplinary actions.
  • Partner with HR legal compliance and management teams to ensure consistency and fairness in handling employee issues.
  • Help facilitate performance management and corrective action processes.
  • Participate in training sessions related to workplace conduct compliance and HR policy implementation.
  • Monitor trends in employee feedback and help drive initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to HR policy updates and communicate them effectively to staff.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
  • 12 years of HR or employee relations experience preferably within a U.S.-based organization.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion professionalism and empathy.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
