We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding automotive company based in Kettering supplying premium oils lubricants and vehicle care products across the UK and Ireland. As the company continues to grow its digital presence they are now seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead and execute engaging results-driven campaigns across social media.
Location: Kettering
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Russian language skills highly desirable
Role Overview:
Youll be responsible for building and managing influencer relationships that bring the brand to life online. From strategy to execution youll play a critical role in driving digital engagement and building community through high-impact collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram TikTok and YouTube
- Negotiate partnerships and contracts ensuring value on both sides
- Collaborate on content creation that reflects brand values and messaging
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics such as reach engagement and ROI
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaign outcomes
- Build long-term relationships with influencers and manage external talent where required
- Stay current with social trends platform updates and competitor activity
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital campaign management
- Strong understanding of social platforms creator economy and online engagement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative and quality-focused with a good eye for engaging content
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
- Fluency in Russian is a strong advantage
