IT Recruiter
Ontario Fully Remote
100% COMMISSION BASED
Source Code is a global STEM consulting and workforce solutions firm that works 100s of large enterprise clients within Government Health Care Banking/ Finance and Technology sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
- Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
Must Have:
- 1 years of IT recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience working within health care
- Experience hiring of public sector positions with the Canadian Government
